One of Leongolden Argan oil lover Luisella Bellettati from Rome just sent us this healthy delicious recipe : Here for you a yummy dish pre Christmas dinner: I prepared same quinoa with bay leaves and cloves, I added carrots and Zucchini cut into paper thin and cooked, joined the tuna, a sprinkle of turmeric and a pinch of pepper. Apart I prepared an omelette with egg, a tablespoon of millet flour, parmesan and a bit of courgettes first, I diced and I plugged into the mixture previously prepared. To make the dish really special I added Leongolden Argan oil so delicious!
